At The Ranch Wellness Center, wellness isn’t just about the treatments—it’s about the experience. Designed to capture the essence of a ranch, this space blends rustic charm with modern functionality to create a truly unique environment for health and healing. Our collaboration with Dr. Tyler McAtee focused on transforming a traditional medical office into an inviting retreat, proving that even a doctor's office can have personality, warmth, and style.
Designing with Intention
From the moment you step inside, The Ranch Wellness Center transports you to a space that feels both elevated and deeply comforting. The waiting area, a nod to a classic lounge, features a stunning river rock fireplace flanked by rustic wood shelving adorned with inspired decor. Every design choice was made to evoke a sense of relaxation and refinement, ensuring clients feel at ease before their treatments begin.
One of the standout features is the IV bar, where clients receive their IV drip therapy. Instead of a sterile, clinical setting, we embraced the ambiance of an old-world saloon. A saloon style bar, comfortable recliners, and a well-placed television make it a space where people can unwind. Adding a playful and modern touch, a neon sign above the bar reads “BIG DRIP ENERGY,” infusing the space with a little personality and charm.
Merging Functionality with Character
While aesthetics were a priority, functionality was equally essential. We incorporated a secure gun safe for medication storage—an unexpected yet practical design element that enhances both security and visual appeal. The treatment rooms, in contrast to the moody tones of the lounge, are bright and fresh, reinforcing cleanliness and professionalism without feeling cold or impersonal.
The patient restroom is another standout space, designed to surprise and delight visitors. A backlit mirror provides both elegance and practicality, while a striking river rock feature wall ties the design back to the natural elements seen throughout the center.
